Pepperberry Vodka
The malted barley spirit is from the Lark Distillery whisky heart of 63.4%alc/vol, and is combined with the neutral cane spirit in our copper pot stills together with the pepperberries. The pepperberries are collected from Tasmania’s wilderness, before distilling in our copper pot still. The final vodka spirit is broken down with mountain water from Mt Field National Park to 40% alc/vol producing a truly unique and wonderfully clean vodka with a smoothness that only a copper pot still can produce.
