Lark Tasmanian Pepperberry Gin is a traditional Gin made by distilling a neutral
spirit over a number of botanicals including the Juniper berry. We have also added pepperberry spirit to the usual range of botanicals. The pepperberry is such a
wonderful berry in that its unusual characteristics appear in the gin without dominating
the spirit to produce a gin with a delightful zing.

The pepperberries are a native Tasmanian berry which are collected fresh, crushed and steeped in the strong neutral spirit and then redistilled in the copper pot still. The pot still produces a wonderfully soft and fresh new spirit with the delicate flavour of the pepperberry.

The water for all our production and breaking down comes from the Hobart water
supply which comes mostly from the highlands of Mount Field National Park, west of
Hobart. Hobart is renowned for having the softest and best drinking water in Australia.

Like all Lark Distillery products, the Lark Tasmanian Pepperberry Gin is Kosher Certified.
